Our papas, daddas, fathers, pops, dads and daddios. Goodness what would we do without them? Why not bring them along on Sunday to Saint Brigid's? We have a wide selection of premium whiskies, Daylesford Brewing co b**r and delicious full express lunch meals or plates to share with dear old dad. Take him somewhere a little different this year. We'll be open from 12-4, maybe a little later should the occasion expand on. Thanks to all our amazing dads and the men in our lives who've held that station. We love you! ***ey

Yowza ! What a welcome!

We have been heaving all weekend long and are so very grateful for the love and support of us and our beloved lady Saint Brigid. All your comments both in person and online have had our hearts swelling. You always hope your offering and creation will be received well but this was next level. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. May Brigid bless us all.

Whether daytime in the courtyard with the sun shining and concertina doors opening the whole space, or by evening in the glow of candles, connection, and our fire, she really does shine.

Sour Cherry Negroni
Our twist on the classic Negroni with sour cherry and a hint of almond.

Ginache Gin Sour
