We’re taking our popular Shio Pan to a whole new level for this year Darwin Laksa Festival Darwin International Laksa Festival with our Laksa Shio Pan! Think rich, aromatic coconut laksa custard with shredded chicken inside a perfectly baked salt bread, topped with garlic herb cream, laksa sweet chili sauce, and crispy dried shallots.
