We’re very sorry that we haven’t been able to reply to everyone’s comments and questions in a timely manner. At the moment, almost all of my time is being spent making potato cakes — every day I’m peeling potatoes, slicing potatoes, and preparing them for you!
First of all, as far as we know, we haven’t come across any local potato farmers growing potatoes in Drysdale. In the past five years, we also haven’t had any local potato growers come to us to introduce or sell their potatoes.
If you know of any local potato farmers in the Drysdale area, please let us know and recommend them to us. We would absolutely love to support and work with local businesses whenever we can.
Secondly, we can accept pre-orders for small batches of freshly cut chips. However, the price will be a little higher, and we can only offer one size — Small Chips.
Personally, I also feel that fresh potato chips don’t have quite the same texture and consistency as frozen chips, which is why we continue to put so much effort into finding and preparing the best potatoes for our customers.
Finally, thank you so much to everyone for your support, patience and understanding. We really appreciate it! ❤️
