Four years behind a BP coffee machine taught me everything.
Early mornings. Tradies before sunrise. Nurses coming off night shift. Hundreds of cups a day, and every single one had to be right — because that cup was someone’s whole morning.
Thank you, BP Australia. That’s where I learned to pull a proper shot, steam milk properly, and read what someone needs before they say it.
