Arepas, made the SLOW way. 🌽
These golden corn cakes are a menu favourite, crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, and stuffed with fresh, seasonal fillings.
A little handheld piece of comfort food that always disappears fast at events.
Whether it's a canape spread or a full grazing table, arepas are an easy way to add something gluten free & delicious to your next catering order.

Let's talk prawns. 🦐

We use Skull Island Tiger Prawns and it's not just because they're ridiculously good on the plate (though, they are).
They're wild caught in the Gulf of Carpentaria, from the world's first Marine Stewardship Council certified tropical prawn fishery. That's not a marketing line, it's an actual certification for well managed, sustainable fishing.

A few reasons we're fans:
🌊 Only fished a few months a year (August to November), so stocks get proper time to recover and breed
🐢 Turtle excluder devices and smarter nets mean way less bycatch
🌏 The fishery is carbon neutral
🦐 They're some of the biggest, sweetest tiger prawns you'll find in Australia, snap frozen at sea to lock in flavour.

For us it comes down to this: good food should feel good all the way through the supply chain, not just on the tray. Sustainable doesn't have to mean smaller or blander, these prawns prove that.

These baddies are :
• poached chicken w chimmi churri, wild rice, greens, tahini yogurt, toasted almonds, lemon
• lamb koftas, mixed grains w toasted seeds + spices, currants, house pickles, hummus, fresh herbs
• fried corn fritters w beetroot hummus, house sundried tomatoes, pickles, roasted purple sweet potato, green goddess
