What an unforgettable weekend ✨

We had the pleasure of welcoming the incredible Laura Sharrad to Pialligo Estate — and what a joy she was to work with.
From hosting our Saturday Dinner, sharing her passion and knowledge during the Cooking Demonstration, to bringing warmth, flavour and laughter to our Sunday Long Lunch — Laura was a true delight both in and out of the kitchen.

Her modern Italian flair, generosity with guests, and genuine love for local produce created something truly special here on the Estate.
We cooked, we tasted, we talked, we laughed — and we celebrated the beauty of food, wine, and good company among the vines.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, to our event partners and producers, in particular and most of all — to Laura, for bringing such grace, talent and energy to Canberra for the very first time.
