Soda Press Co Organic Tonic Syrup.
And a mixing book.

Look forward to trying this little gem and making some cocktails

Side note this one 500ml syrup bottle makes 3.5 litres Tonic Water.

Need to grab the another flavours now.

Even tho it's taking me longer then usual to get wines into stores in Canberra, my boss informed me that Tomfoolery Wines - Barossa Valley new Pinot Gris is out.
2015 Williamstown/Eden Valley Fox Whistle. Pinot Gris.

First thing to notice about 2015 vintage is the pink/apricot colour has gone. This year we have this fresh Cut Straw colour.
Nose: freshly picked snow pea raw notes followed by fresh Nashi pear fruit and green apple Geranium, finished off with a native finger lime citrus.
Palette: here you notice a salty mineralistic Flint at play. Limes and fresh green herbs. Each glass entices you back for more.
This wines would be great with some freshly shucked Clyde River Oysters.
Or poached sole fish.

Ben Chipman and Toby Yap have made another amazing wine.
Keep it up boys.
Look for it on wine list and your local bottle shop.

So I also stop by Campbell Liquor Discounts and picked up a bottle of No.6,because I know we have two cases left before we more onto No.7.
Unlike the Brewdog Dead Pony this one has more toffee notes and a little more thinker on the pallet. You can taste the oiliness of the Columbus Hop with its earthy notes and the Simcoe Hop showing the apricots sweetness notes on the nose and the Pine and woody on the pallet. Looking forward to having the No.6 and No.7 back to back.

Picked up this little Gem at Ainslie Cellars today. Brewdog Dead Pony Pale Ale 3.8% 330ml for $5.99
I know what your about to say. WHAT? $5.99 for a 330ml can.

But I can assure you it's worth the money.
It's not over the top with Hops and has just the right amount of pomelo bitterness to make this an awesome session beer.
Stop by and grab one and I'm sure a 6pk would be cheaper.
