How does an Australia Post Parcel Locker work?
Parcel Lockers are for parcels only (not letters).
✔ Free to use when sending and receiving parcels with Australia Post
✔ Accessible 24/7, allowing you to send eligible prepaid parcels outside business hours
✔ Ideal for returning online shopping parcels
✔ A safe and secure way to send and receive parcels
✔ Suitable for parcels up to 16kg and no larger than 35 × 44 × 61 cm

How to use the Parcel Locker:
1. Create a free MyPost account
2. Select Igloo Roadhouse as your Parcel Locker location
3. Receive parcels, collect missed deliveries, or return parcels
4. Collect your parcel anytime, 24/7, within 2 business days, when it suits you
