A long-paused chapter closes – and a new one begins
It has been a long time since my journey at the little banh mi shop in North Shore Shopping Centre came to a pause.
And today, I’m truly happy to share that a brand-new chapter is ready to unfold in that same space.
WOW Banh Mi is a passionate Vietnamese-Australian team who have long dreamed of bringing authentic, vibrant street-food flavours to the wider community.
They specialise in traditional bánh mì, fresh rolls, crispy snacks, Vietnamese coffee, and all the comforting tastes many of us grew up with.
With energy, heart, and a love for good food, they are stepping in to continue the story that once began here — but in their own fresh and exciting way.
To celebrate their first day, they’re offering a 20% discount on all menu items tomorrow.
It’s their way of saying hello and inviting everyone to experience their take on modern Vietnamese street food.
I hope you will welcome and support them as they start this new chapter —
