All-Rounder Hospitality Staff Wanted
Scrumpers Kitchen – Local, Seasonal, Ethical
At Scrumpers Kitchen, we celebrate the produce of our region and the rhythm of the seasons. Our kitchen works nose to tail and root to flower – nothing is wasted. With a blackboard menu that changes weekly (and sometimes daily), our food is a true reflection of the land, the farmers, and the community around us.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, hands-on hospitality all-rounders to join our small, friendly team.
About the Role
You’ll be involved in all aspects of the café/restaurant — front and back of house — including:
• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking orders and serving food & drinks
• Making coffee
• Clearing tables, dishwashing and general cleaning
• Assisting with basic food preparation
About You
• Hospitality experience preferred, but training will be provided
• Knowledge of coffee service and a current RSA are a plus
• You’re outgoing, friendly, and enjoy engaging with customers
• Reliable, positive, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
