Smoked Salmon has always been one of my favourite things growing up around wild salmon in America.

House smoked Atlantic Salmon mixed with cooked potato, gherkins, dill, Parmesan and few egg yolks then formed into quenelles and crumbed.

Our entree special this week, smoked Salmon Croquettes with Sour Cream and Greens. 18$
