French Toast with Thai milk custard, brown sugar jelly, coconut and condensed milk. Fish of the Week, pan-seared barramundi with Malaysian assam, fried eggplant and pineapple. An Omelette loaded with scallop, prawn and chorizo croquette, olive salsa and truffle mayo. Zero misses on this board.
