A few seats have just been released due to cancellations for our MINERAL DUO – Sake & Champagne Pairing Event.

Join us for an intimate pairing experience featuring grower Champagne, premium sake, seasonal seafood, charcoal, miso and wagyu.

Highlights include Japanese Snapper & Ama Ebi with Yuzu Shoyu, Charcoal Grilled Scallops with Miso Cream, Saikyo Miso Toothfish and MB5 Beef with Tare & Onion Sauce.

Champagne highlights include Clément et Fils Les Cornambeaux 2018, Allouchery-Perseval La Comédie Rosé 2019, Elise Dechannes Essentielle 2022 and Georges Remy Les 4 Terroirs.

Sake highlights include Masumi Kuro Junmai Ginjo, Kiminoi Shuzo Eshin Koshikagura Junmai, Kanemasu Treasures Black Junmai Daiginjo and SAKE HUNDRED Amairo.

IPPIN Japanese Dining presents a refined Japanese Vegetarian Set Menu, created for guests seeking a lighter, elegant and thoughtfully curated dining experience.

This multi-course vegetarian menu brings together delicate Japanese flavours, seasonal vegetables and umami-rich ingredients.
