Sourdough Focaccia - slow-proved, olive oil rich, sea salt, straight from the oven.
What comes with it matters just as much. We serve it with Del Bocia butter - Australian made and hand wrapped, including their Australian Herbs and a Crispy Chilli special edition for anyone who likes a bit of heat.
