What an end to an amazing eight years, it's been such an emotional but amazing week
What started with my dream of having a cafe since I was a little girl pretending to cook for my pretend customers 😂 I would always say to my mum I want to have a cafe one day, my dream was fulfilled with the most amazing community I call Botany
It was never about making money for me it was working with my kids and providing a happy place for family and friends to come to just like my home it was making people happy with the food I cooked and loved the conversation we would have and all the laughs
I decorated and cooked as if my customers would be at my house what I thought would be a few people turned out to be a community
This Past week it would be amazing seeing customers who have left Botany moved far and made the drive to say goodbye I have had the time of my life and will always be forever grateful for all of you I have cried so much that I'm exhausted
My saddest is that I won't be working with my best friends, my beautiful 3 sons any more it will take a while to get over this but I'm so proud of the boy's that turned to men in eight years
Thank you Botany it's not goodbye it's see you soon I will always catch up with someone in Botany for a drink somewhere
