Happy birthday to the boss man, the chef, the big cheese, the bloke who technically did not approve this post… Jim!

Today we’re celebrating the man behind Moon & Co — the one keeping the kitchen moving, the food unreal, the ideas coming and the rest of us gainfully employed. (For now. Depending on how this post goes.)

But genuinely, Jim — Moon & Co is what it is because you care deeply about what you do and, more importantly, about the people around you. You’ve built more than a good café. You’ve built a place that feels like community — somewhere people are known, welcomed, fed ridiculously well and keep coming back to.

You work hard, you back your people, you have a huge heart for this little corner of the Mountains, and we reckon you deserve to be properly celebrated today.

So happy birthday, Jimbo!

May your coffee be hot, your docket printer be merciful, nobody send back their eggs, and may you find it in your heart to forgive whoever runs the Moon & Co Instagram account

Sunset chaser. Mountain girl. Coffee… respectfully declined. 😂

She might not drink the stuff, but she’ll happily dabble in a taste test — and somehow still knows exactly what tastes good. Make it make sense.

Voted by the team as having BIG golden retriever energy — happy to be here, loves everyone, probably excited about something.

But her favourite part? Getting to work alongside friends, in a beautiful community, with some pretty lovely humans coming through the doors each day.

We think she fits in just fine. 🤎
