Brazen Raisin is a family business created to bring the joy of Christmas and seasonal puddings to Australians. All puddings are hand crafted in Sydney with a view to providing a premium and unique product that can be enjoyed throughout the year. Brazen Raisin was started in a home kitchen by a mother and daughter team using recipes handed down through generations of the family.

ROYAL PLUM
Royal Plum is made from a recipe handed down over three generations and is stunningly different from any mass produced pudding. This is a traditional Christmas steamed pudding with the fruit marinated in dark rum, with almonds, spices and French Brandy added.

SUMMER FRUITS
Summer Fruits pudding is packed with fruit marinated in Malibu Rum, including pineapple, mango and apple, topped off with shredded coconut, a dash of French Brandy and spices. It is beautiful served warm or cold.

APPLE AND CRANBERRY
Apple and Cranberry is a delightful spicy twist on the traditional fruit pudding and contains fruit marinated in French Brandy, with pecans and cinnamon added to provide a spicy lift to the naturally rich fruit flavours.

MORNING COFFEE
With the fruit marinated in Captain Morgan Dark Rum, this pudding combines hazelnuts and cardamom with real coffee to provide a flavour burst that will appeal to the connoisseur of fine food.
