21 days of trade in October!!!

Could be a little ambitious here but I’m all over Melbourne this month. Lots of regular spots and a couple new ones.

New ones:
- Lakeside Pakenham
- Bonbeach Farmers Market
- Bundoora Community Market
- Hanging Rock Market
- Thank Truck it’s Friday

Maybe I should calculate the amount of meats I go through for the month. I’m thinking at least 1.5 tonnes…. I’ll let you guys know

Where to get your smoke fix this week!! 🔥

Thursday is a little funny with the weather so I’m not 100% sure if that’ll be a thing yet but let’s hope it clears up.

Followed by a fun night near the water at Mordialloc on Friday which was super busy last time, I finally get to Mt Martha Briars on the Saturday after the last rain out. But the one I am the most excited for is Sunday at Pakenham! Should be a ripper of a day.

On Sunday night my beloved Sydney Roosters are playing in the NRL Grand Final so Lisa at Scullybug markets has kindly found a bbq replacement for the night at Morwell for their night market so to everyone in Morwell, go support that one! Should be awesome there.

Looking forward to feeding everyone, go the Chooks!!!

A smaller week of trade but some really solid days in here.

Got this Thursday off, I have a ticket to Dom Dolla so I will be enjoying this one, then an early wake up to get to Mt Martha for the Grand Final Eve public holiday, this one should be awesome!!

Then following up at Cranbourne for Grand Final day, basically got your pre and post game feed! I might do a take home special for this one, so you get your brisket fix during the game. Keep an eye out for this one.

Then a return to Portarlington, did my second market here and cannot wait to return!!

Phillip Island!!

We got a rare Monday market in which we will have a lovely time and make an overnight trip out of this one… it’s not too often we get to this part of the world so let’s enjoy.

Seaford!!

Back for my 4th round here and you always turn out. The sun is really out for this one.

For the morning I will have my full menu + brisket burgers and a vegetarian social and then my full menu at night as it’s too busy for specials!!!

This weeks lineup!!!

Got a huge one, potentially the biggest hours I’ve done trading since I opened up and the weather is turning up ☀️☀️

Starting out at the Kingsway Reserve and each week is getting stronger followed by two days at Cavalier Brewery in which the Saturday is their 15th birthday bash with lots of b**r and a DJ from 2pm.

Seaford Hotel is slowly becoming a home market, I’ll have plenty of food for this one, got the day and night there.

Then doing a special Monday market on Phillip Island! Excited to get their for the day.
