Good morning! Another quick cold brew tutorial because it’s really feeling like summer 👌🏻🍃
Ratio of cold water to coffee should be 12:1. 12ml of water to 1gram of coffee.
I’ve gone a little rouge here so my coffee will come out weaker and lighter in colour than the classic cold brew. You can experiment and come up with your perfect ratio. Enjoy!

How to make a pint of cold brew!
I love this method of making coffee, especially in summer.
Sure I could make a pour over with boiling water and chill it but that can taste bitter.
By using cold water and letting it brew overnight the coffee is rich and refreshing and doesn’t give off a bitter after taste.
C’mon summer! 🥭🌻💦☀️
