A selection of the finest Sashimi Grade Fish available on the day.

Just order the amount you want in 100g increments and we'll supply a selection of whatever fish is best at market on that morning.

Most commonly the Sashimi fish are: Hiramasa Kingfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Atlantic Salmon & Ocean Trout.

Please note: The average serving size of Sashimi is 150g per person.
