Here’s the truth, the real story.
The reason I started this pizza project is because I was sick of eating sad, uninspired pizza.
Nothing was hitting the mark, so I decided, I’m going to figure this thing out, how hard can it be?
Months later, turns out, pizza is pretty hard. Haha, well at least really good pizza, but I reckon I cracked it and I think it’s really, very good.
As a professional chef I can be pretty demanding when it comes to quality, most of my time is spent , serving incredible food as the executive chef at Down The Rabbit Hole Wines in Mclaren Vale, you may have heard of it, most likely you’ve eaten there, it’s so busy we must have served most of you by now.
But in my spare time, what I want to do most is make incredible pizza, I actually get a lot of happiness doing it , it’s so satisfying when the pizza is this good.
The point is, I think everybody should experience what really good pizza is, and I reckon what I’m doing hits the mark. I’m not always available , because I’ve still got a full time gig, but I’ll do my best to get this pizza out there to the world.
So here it is, raw , unfiltered but real.
