Cruising down Route 66 for Brooklyn’s 4th birthday! 🏁⚡️

Straight out of Radiator Springs 🏎️🌵

Lightning McQueen, Mater, Route 66 and all those iconic Cars details came together for Brooklyn’s special day — right down to the desert landscape and chequered flags.🏁

The best part though? Hearing how much Brooklyn loved it! His mum, Melanie, sent me this beautiful message afterwards 🥹❤️

“It was perfect! Brooklyn LOVED it — nailed the brief 100% 😍 I really appreciate the extra you did, completely above and beyond expectations!”

Messages like this make all those extra little details so worth it. 🥰

I have to give credit where it’s due… these were inspired by the gorgeous bento cake and cupcake packs from The Flour Jars , and I just had to create my own. 🤍

Can we all agree these are basically sunshine, happiness and rainbows in a box? ☀️🌈✨

I’m absolutely in love with how they turned out, and now I’m wondering… should these become a permanent part of the Crumb de la Crumb menu?

They’re perfect for the smaller celebrations that still deserve something special, and each pack can be customised to suit your chosen theme or colour palette. Birthdays, thank you gifts, baby showers, or just because… I think these little boxes have a place.

There was no blueprint for this one.

Just a customer who trusted me, a love for florals, and one adorable sloth who deserved the prettiest little perch I could create. 🌿✨

I gave her an inspiration photo and a few key ideas, and she brought them to life with a beautiful custom design. The cake looked incredible and tasted absolutely delicious. A little behind-the-scenes secret… this wasn’t the first design. 🤭

After chatting with Josh and looking over the original concept together, I made the call that it just wasn’t living up to the standard I wanted for Riley’s cake. My customers deserve my absolute best every single time, so it was back to the drawing board.

This one took a little extra crafting… but, it was worth every block. 🤭

Josh was over the moon when he saw it, Riley absolutely loved his cake, and from what I heard, it was a hit with all of the party guests too. 👌🏽🥳

Josh, thank you for trusting Crumb de la Crumb with Riley’s 6th birthday cake. I never take that trust for granted, and I hope it made Riley’s celebration that little bit more special.✨
