Congratulations Beth & Greg!!! What a beautiful day and an amazing wedding. Made a pistachio cake with quince buttercream and poached quince. Also catered savoury dishes including Maqluba, confit salmon with tahini and herb crust, roasted carrots with harissa, and roasted butternut pumpkin with smoky eggplant and tahini.
