So I’ve been a bit MIA lately… sometimes life just gets too busy! Being young and focused on University and other important things, I have decided to not renew my permit at Henley for the next few months to regroup and catch up. The van is fully booked for events in September, and until further notice will NOT be taking any more bookings. Apologies for any inconveniences caused!

DONT FORGET this Sunday at Harold and Cynthia Anderson Reserve for the fun run fundraiser for Parkinson’s Disease, in which I am partnering up with my Physio cohort .aupa 🏃🏼‍♀️☕️

Tomorrow (21st August) we are at Westminster school for their annual intercol! We will be serving coffees and treats from 7:30am onwards. See you all there! 💚🤍☕️ .school

SAVE THE DATE!

Gather and Sip and .aupa (Adelaide University Physiotherapy Association) are teaming up to host a 5km fun run/walk and coffee and bake sale to raise money for Parkinson’s SA! We are doing this as a part of world Physiotherapy day and would love to see as many people out there supporting this cause!

We hope to see you all there for a jog and sip ☕️🤍👏🏼

This Saturday we are back at Westminster School for their annual intercol - we can’t wait for a huge day serving coffees and treats, and watching the rivalry continue between Westminster and Pembroke👊🏼🐉☕️

🏁Track Time Trial 6/08 🏁

Inspired by our Australian Olympian’s on the track we emptied the tank and came away with a lot of PBs, our most finishers ever and lots of great memories.

Thanks to the volunteers, pacers, prize donors and for the important post run coffees!
