Meet Marcel Moineaux — four generations of the Moineaux family have been tending their 6.3ha of vines located entirely on the sunny hillsides of the Côte des Blancs in the Grand Cru village of Chouilly, planted exclusively with Chardonnay with an average age of 50 years.

Moineaux means “sparrows” in French, reflected in its playful, characterful labels.

But the real story is in the bottle.
