this year, one of my birthday wishes is simple: to celebrate life with the people around me.

alegría started as a dream, and seeing it become a place where people meet, create, share stories and feel at home means more to me than i can put into words.

so tomorrow, i’m opening the doors, bringing out the cake, pouring some w**e, and turning up the music.

A morning full of coffee, curiosity, good conversations and so many beautiful people coming together around one of our favorite things: coffee.

We tasted, smelled, learned, asked questions and discovered how different every cup can be.
