We are well known for Out homegrown approach which extends to the food where almost every fruit, vegetable, and herb is grown on the sloping gardens that surround the restaurant. Our Chef ensures to prepare A traditional Caribbean dish such as our local Fungi and salt fish or even Rice and peas with a fried local snapper in creole sauce
