Throw back, when it was a dream to build community, create opportunities, serve Humanity and unite all through quality food.🥘 (as food/ passion/ fashion/ music can bring along likeminded)
In the process, learned that hunger is even bigger and global challenge. “A “nowcast” (preliminary estimate) for 2020, incorporating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, projects that an additional 88 million to 115 million people will be pushed into extreme poverty, bringing the total to between 703 and 729 million. (Ref. worldbank.org)

This all started with cause, yet many other factors had to be considered. To achieve the purpose in life and bigger goal, we may take different paths, or face challenges but through determination we can find direction.
Thanks and community around for adding a lot through this journey.
We will not stop here, but keep working for Zero Hunger worldwide in light of 2030.

Blessed day all,
Thought to share some of views, considering the restaurant business experience in UAE 🇦🇪 and how new norms are reshaping the world 🌎 we live in.

Idea I had behind this business 🔺:
a) Community Building
b) Serving humanity through quality food 🍽🥢, and share meal 🥘
c) How socials/ technology can connect? 📣

1) Community: 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
My views while seeking direction, business is to solve the problems we have around, more lives we touch, and the value we add to others will define where are we heading in life?!

Years ago, I have been curious to co-create community, especially to unite Pakistanis 🇵🇰 in UAE 🇦🇪, a platform to share better ideas, create opportunities for people who left their homes, loved ones and homeland 🇵🇰 for better earning and decent livings.

Little bit I had clues 8-10 years ago in Ras Al Khaimah if any community for all 🇵🇰 than provincial/ regional representation but found less answers.

Fast forward, year 2020, we have many kind souls in field, active Facebook/ socials groups, passionate to serve Pakistanis and Humanity. There is still huge opportunity to build even more when 1.5million plus Pakistanis are in UAE 🇦🇪 and yet to be connected.

2) Serving food 🥘 sharing meal:
Challenges have been all around, quality food, less at price, making it easily affordable across community while majority are blue collar. By 2020 it makes more sense to align with Global Goals 2030, zero hunger, so no one goes to bed with empty stomach. That’s what serving the humanity and purposeful living.

3) Technology in food:
Strange fact- In developing countries ~45% food is wasted due to inappropriate storage and handling. Imagine if we can reduce food 🥘 and 🍏🍓🍐🍒🍊🍉 🍈🍎 🍍🥥🥭 fruits waste through better storage. For restaurant business, diversify it, introduce packed cooked foods 🍛🥫🥗, that could last months -> years and make it available at online platforms like noon in 🇦🇪, delivery 🚚 through collaboration with existing resources, to reduce the delivery costs.

Local delivery, can be scaled up afterwards.
