DUBAI’S ITALIAN CUISINE HEROES AT EXPO 2020
In collaboration with Cibus - Parma, one of the most prestigious Food Fairs in the world, the 12th Italian Cuisine World Summit is showcasing the best Italian chefs in Dubai at Expo 2020. Fifteen of them will be the protagonists of a collection of recipes, in video and in a publication, to celebrate the mission of chefs who make Italian Cuisine great outside of Italy and especially in Dubai. Among them Francesco Acquaviva (Social by Heinz Beck), Alessio Burgio (Trattoria Madinat Jumeirah), Devid Di Benineo (JA Ocean View Hotel), Davide Gardini (Hilton Hotel JBR), Alessandro Miceli (Bella), Andrea Mugavero (Vero – Hilton Hotel JBR), Giuseppe Pezzella (Cinque – Five Hotel The Palm). The initiative will be officially launched, with the presence of the Michelin Master Guest Chef of the Summit, on November 10,at 10:30 at M.Eating, the Cibus culinary space in Expo 2020. In the same space every week week from November 2021 to March 2022 the “Italian Cuisine Heroes” will have their Masterclasses.
