ODEON GOURMET is a Homemade Catering, Ready Meals, Pastry, Bakery and Grocery online services. The passion of Know-how, beautiful product, cooking and guests are the motivations of chef Thomas. This is how ODEON was born in Dubaï in 2018, through a coffee shop created with his partner Morgane Duhamel, and then over time with the catering services. Chef Thomas wishes to serve simple food through selected products and exceptional recipes. The website : www.odeongourmet.com is the result of this evolution which allows us to better serve our customers to have access to exceptional products and French know-how. From 2010 to 2016, Thomas was trained and supported by Yannick Alleno who became his mentor. Through renowned restaurants such as “Pavilion Ledoyen” in Paris, “Cheval Blanc” in Courcheval and “One & Only The Palm” in Dubai, Chef Thomas has built a rich culinary know-how and a passion for fine food. In 2016 Thomas took over the kitchen of Zuma Dubaï, managing part of the 95 cooks of the team, for 2 years.
