Until I tried the Bourdaloue Pear & Almond Tart at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, I never used to eat pears.
But after tasting it there, pear became one of my favorite fruits! 🍐🤍
I highly recommend giving this beautiful French classic a try. You might just discover a new favorite, too!

بعضی از قشنگ‌ترین لحظه‌ها برنامه‌ریزی نمی‌شن… 🤍

امروز سام دوست‌داشتنی‌مون که عاشق نون خامه‌ایه، اومد آشپزخونه تا درست‌کردنش رو یاد بگیره. با هم خمیر زدیم، خامه زدیم و کلی خندیدیم. 👨🏻‍🍳🤎

برای ما شاید فقط یک شیرینی باشه، اما برای اون یک خاطره‌ی شیرین و ماندگاره. ✨

Today, our little friend ، Sam , came into the kitchen to make cream puffs with us; we made the dough, filled them with cream, and shared so many laughs. 👨🏻‍🍳🤎

این یک کیک ساده‌ی وانیل و رزبری است؛ همان کیکی که تقریباً هر روز در شیرین می‌پزیم و همیشه هم طرفدارهای خودش را دارد.
شاید چون با خامه‌ی تازه و سبک و سس رزبری‌ای درست می‌شود که هر روز در کارگاهمان از صفر می‌پزیم؛ نتیجه‌اش کیکی است لطیف، تازه و پر از طعم واقعی.
اما این یکی برای من متفاوت بود…
آقایی که این کیک را برای عشق زندگی‌اش سفارش داد، با آن‌قدر ظرافت و دقت از خواسته‌هایش گفت که انگار هر گل، هر میوه‌ی تازه و هر جزئیات کوچک، قرار بود بخشی از احساسش را منتقل کند.
همه‌ی آن ریزه‌کاری‌ها فقط درباره‌ی یک کیک نبود؛ درباره‌ی عشق و اهمیت دادن بود.
آقای X، دمت گرم…
کاش آدم‌هایی مثل شما در دنیا بیشتر باشند.

This is a simple vanilla and raspberry cake; one we make almost every day, and one that so many people keep coming back for.
Maybe it’s because it’s made with light, freshly whipped cream and our homemade raspberry sauce, cooked from scratch in our kitchen every day. The result is a cake that’s delicate, fresh, and full of real flavor.
