Meet the Manager behind our next chapter 🇵🇭

With more than a decade of experience across luxury hospitality, VVIP dining and international kitchens, Manager Elmer Moog, known as Chef Jimbu, brings culinary expertise, leadership and purpose to Khana Khazana.

As the founder of his own culinary consultancy, he brings valuable knowledge in menu development and kitchen and concept creation — expertise he will now implement in shaping KKR’s next dining experience.

His journey includes VVIP Royal Family dining in Abu Dhabi, 5 star hotels, Grand Canal, and the Mercedes-AMG Petronas VIP Lounge during Abu Dhabi Formula One.
